In order to give a macro a different name, simply change what appears after the word "Sub". There you can choose a picture and change the "Display name". (I'm looking at Word 2007, where the names of things are a bit different. To name the macro InsertMyAddress, for example, change the line Sub Macro1() to Sub InsertMyAddress() To assign this to your Quick Access Toolbar (QAT), click on the arrow that I have a different issue now so I will mark this as resolved and put out a new post.
